3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All registration, exhibitor, and sponsorship fees once paid are non-refundable.
In case of cancellation by the participant, no refund shall be provided.
Any refund, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be processed only by VIBES 2.0 management through official payment channels.
No chargeback claims shall be made directly with payment service providers.

“Chargeback” refers to any approved and settled credit card or net banking transaction that is later reversed or debited by the acquiring bank or payment gateway, including associated penalties and charges.
